Girl & Boy Scout Handbuilding
Scouts know how awesome pottery is! So they included a pottery badge in your journey! Choose Mud Clay Studio to earn your Scout Badge. Learn how to make a successful handbuilt project based on a pinch pot, using scoring & slipping techniques to create something awesome! Pinch pots can become almost anything, including something useful like a custom mug, or something purely fun like a cartoon character. Scouts will choose two colors for their projects, our staff takes care of the rest, and leaders will pick up all of the pieces 5 weeks after the event.
$250 for up to 10 scouts, $25 each additional up to 20 kids.1.25hrs
Girl & Boy Scout Pottery Wheel
Scouts entering 7th grade or older can plan a Pottery Wheel Scout Event. Just like our adult Signature Claydate, attendees create one handbuilding piece and get two tries on the wheel. Projects will be ready to pick up in 4 weeks.
$300 for up to 5 artists, $50 each additional (Max of 16)
