The Fine Print

8 Week Class Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your class, please email the studio.

If you cancel no later than 5 days before the start of the classes, a full refund will be issued.

If you withdraw no later than 2 days before your second week of class, you can receive a 50% refund or defer to the next session (or the session following that.)

If you withdraw after the 2nd week of class, No refund will be issued. We have limited spots, and in addition to the lost studio revenue, it’s not fair to someone that may have been waitlisted.

Make up classes can be made only during the session you register for.

Camp Cancellation Policy:
If you ask to reschedule or cancel 7 or more days before the beginning of the registered camp week, you can change weeks for free or receive a full refund.

If you withdraw 3-6 days before the beginning of the registered week, A $75 cancellation fee will be applied and you can either receive a credit towards fall classes or switch camp weeks.

If you withdraw fewer than 3 days ahead, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied, and you will not receive credit or be able to switch weeks. (You are welcome to give your spot to another child if you let us know their name and contact info.)

Workshop and One Time Event Cancellations:
If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, a full refund will be issued.

If you cancel 3-6 days before your event, you can receive a credit or transfer to a different date.

If you cancel fewer than 3 days ahead, No refund will be issued, and you can not change dates. (You are welcome to find someone else to take your spot, if you let us know their name!)

Claydate Pricing

Claydates require a $100 reservation deposit (refundable up to 7 days ahead.)

The remainder is due on the day of the event, based on the confirmed number of guests. You will need to confirm at least 3 days ahead.

Mud Clay Studio studio bases the final total on a confirmed number (instead of attendance) in order to schedule the right number of event staff. Last minute guest cancelations will not affect the total.

Clay is Unpredictable

Mud Clay Studio is not responsible for providing refunds if a piece is not completely successful. Firing, clay, and glazes are all full of variables.The experience is what matters!

Abandoned Projects
Our studios have limited space, so projects not picked within 3 months after bagging will be recycled.
