Wheel Throwing with the Family!

Parent/Teen Creative Claydates (Mendham Only)
Includes handbuilding and wheel throwing

  • Who can sign up? Ages 14 and older

  • We begin with a quick introduction to handbuilding with clay (not using the wheel just yet). Our clay artist will show you how to make whatever you want using pinching, coils, textures and scoring and slipping to create a clay masterpiece!

  • Next, you will watch a quick, detailed demo of the potter's wheel — then it's your turn! Everyone will get 2 chances on the wheel to create SOMETHING! Keep in mind, the potter's wheel is not easy (we will help you A LOT!!!) So just enjoy the process!

  • After you choose your glaze colors, we take care of the rest! Pick up your creations approximately 5 weeks later!
    $95 per person. 2-2.5Hours
