Ken Maag
Clay has become my primary medium and the most authentic means of my self-expression. While many of my works are functional, I am equally dedicated to creating decorative pieces that showcase my love of carving, surface detail, and refined craftsmanship.
Incorporating natural elements is central to my practice. Leaves, ferns, and other organic materials often serve as impressions in the clay, creating lasting connections between the natural world and the finished piece. Integrating meaningful elements infuses my work with both personal history and a quiet reverence for nature.

Ruth Marcus
I am a retired attorney who has rediscovered her creative aspirations. I have studied pottery at Montclair Mud and traveled to La Meridiana in Tuscany to learn about wood firing and varied throwing techniques. It feels as though the possibilities of inspired pottery are endless.
